Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Overview
This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases, bookings, services, products, and digital items provided by JAIDOWT MEDIA LLC, doing business as jai.dowt.By booking a service, purchasing a product, paying a deposit, or completing a transaction through www.jaidowt.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Creative Services
Because photography, videography, editing, content creation, and creative production services require time, planning, labor, and custom work, refunds are not guaranteed once a service has been booked, started, completed, or delivered. Creative services may include, but are not limited to: Photography sessions, Videography sessions, Event coverage, Social media content creation, Editing services, Graphic design, Custom creative work, Consulting or planning services. Refund eligibility will depend on the client contract, invoice, package details, and written agreement.
Deposits
Deposits are required to reserve a session, event, project, or service date unless otherwise stated in writing. Deposits are applied toward the total balance of the service. Because deposits hold time on the calendar and prevent other bookings, deposits are generally non-refundable. A booking is not officially reserved until the required deposit and signed contract have been received.
Cancellations
If a client cancels a booked session, event, project, or service, any refund eligibility will depend on the contract, invoice, or written agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable. If work has already begun, including planning, communication, travel preparation, editing, shooting, file organization, or other project-related labor, additional payments may also be non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Weather-related, emergency, or unavoidable rescheduling may be handled on a case-by-case basis. If a client needs to reschedule, they should contact jai.dowt as soon as possible. Rescheduling does not guarantee that the original date, time, location, or rate will remain available. Repeated rescheduling or last-minute changes may require an additional fee.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and providing accurate details for the session, event, or project.Late arrivals may reduce the amount of shooting time available and do not guarantee a discounted rate, partial refund, or extended session time. No-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit and any payments made, depending on the contract or written agreement.
Final Deliverables
Once final photos, videos, galleries, edits, digital files, or other project deliverables have been delivered, refunds are generally not available.If there is an issue with the final delivery, clients should contact jai.dowt as soon as possible so the concern can be reviewed. When applicable, reasonable revision requests may be handled according to the client’s package, contract, or written agreement.
Digital Products
Digital products, including presets, downloads, templates, guides, digital files, or other downloadable products, are final sale once purchased, delivered, accessed, or downloaded. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available unless there is a technical issue that prevents access and the issue cannot be resolved. Digital products may not be copied, shared, resold, transferred, redistributed, or used outside of the license or terms provided at purchase.
Apparel and Physical Products
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible apparel and physical products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items on clearance, final sale items, custom items, personalized items, limited-release items, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To start a return, contact contact@jaidowt.com with your order information and reason for the return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact contact@jaidowt.com as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the issue. If the issue is approved, jai.dowt may offer a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an eligible apparel or physical product is to request a return. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after approval. Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your approved refund was issued, please contact contact@jaidowt.com.
Right to Deny Returns or Refunds
jai.dowt reserves the right to deny any return, refund, exchange, or cancellation request that does not follow this policy, the client contract, invoice terms, product listing, or written agreement.
